If this is the first time applying with this process, click New Resume and complete the process. You will be asked to create a username and password for future applications. If you have completed this process before, you may log in by selecting Existing Resume. Don't forget to upload your RESUME from ECU Career Pathways.
To obtain your resume, access ECU Career Pathways through the ADP portal and update your Universal Profile located under the Home tab on the Welcome page. Here, you are able to build or update your resume (My Resume tab).
Once you complete your resume, you can click on Options (in the top right corner) and export to PDF. Save this resume on your X Drive and upload to your application
To be eligible for transfer or promotion to another job, employees must meet the following requirements as written in guideline HR-34:
*New hires must be in current position six months before applying for new job
*Once employee has accepted a new position, he/she must stay in job for one year
*Employee must not be on Warning or have a Performance Improvement Plan in place
*Employee must meet the qualifications of the position
